CHUMP follows Lou, a recently released ex-convict who takes a job at a Chinese restaurant while attempting to repair his fractured relationship with his son, Nick. As Lou slowly earns stability and a place within the restaurant community, the pressure of debt, resentment, and survival continues to close in on both father and son. When a robbery exposes Nick’s involvement, Lou is forced to confront the painful limits of redemption, responsibility, and parental love.
